You'll receive the digital assessments within our assessment manager, to assign out to your clients and their raters as you choose. 

Each ELI 360 includes your client's own self assessment plus a rater survey sent to people of your client's choosing. Their responses are measured across 36 leadership competencies and combined with your client's self assessment results to create a complete picture of how they show up for others. You'll then conduct a personalized debrief session together to explore what the results reveal.

After purchasing, you'll receive instructions in the assessment manager for assigning and delivering the assessments to your client and their raters.

Upon purchase of the ELI 360 Assessment , you should receive an email that includes instructions on how to access your assessments in the assessment manager. We encourage you to check your spam folder first or to log into the assessment manager to see your digital assessments. After you purchase the assessment there will be instructions in the assessment manager on how to assign out the assessments to your client and their raters.

We recommend using the ELI at the start of a coaching package to establish a baseline, then again at or around the 6 month mark or to end your coaching package. Doing this will showcase tangible growth, as well as new areas to explore with your client. This is also a great way to re-engage past clients for future coaching sessions.

No — purchased assessments do not expire, so you can stock up with confidence.

However, this is not the case when it comes to assigning it to your specified client that you release it to. As the coach, you can set an expiration date for your client. Once that date/time that you set has been reached, you can either reissue it to your desired client again or re-assign it to a new client of your choosing.
