Your client(s) will receive a separate email stating you granted them access to their COR.E materials. This email also includes instructions for creating a login to their portal. If your client is an iPEC grad, they’ll receive separate instructions for logging in to view their COR.E materials. You’ll also receive a copy of the email that is sent to them for your records.

All COR.E Dynamics™ program materials for coaches are delivered digitally in your Student Hub under “Training” in the top navigation bar (under “COR.E”).

All client materials for COR.E will be housed in our client portal. Your client will receive an email with information on how to access their COR.E Client Kit. You’ll receive a copy of that email for your records. If your clients have trouble accessing their portal and the COR.E materials, please contact us here.

We do not accept returns on any digital purchases. All digital purchases and courses are nonrefundable. If you encountered a challenge with the delivery of the digital goods (i.e., the file is corrupt or doesn’t work), please contact us here.

There is no need for you to do anything (yay!). Your client has access to their workbook immediately upon purchase and will receive an email with log in instructions to the client portal where they can access it. You’ll also receive a copy of the email sent to them for your records.

Yes, we created a marketing tool kit that can be found here in the Hub under your course materials. The marketing tool kit for COR.E is continually being updated so we recommend you bookmark this page to revisit regularly.

Our SCOPE™ app is a great companion to use alongside our COR.E Client Kits in your coaching package. It can be found on both Google Play and the Apple App Store for download.

The SCOPE™ app costs $5 a month to you for your token to see your client’s results. It can be canceled at any time.

Each coach uses the SCOPE™ app assessment with their clients differently depending on the goal and their meeting schedule with their client. The SCOPE™ app can be used for any task or activity where the client wants to perform at their highest potential.

Yes, we recommend you use the ELI assessment at the beginning of your coaching package and at the 6-month mark to show your clients the energetic shifts they’ve made throughout the program.
